How to delete what LSTNG stores about you. Questions: hello@getlstng.com.

Delete your LSTNG account

Sign in and go to app.getlstng.com/account/delete. Type DELETE and confirm. Deletion finishes automatically, and you can close the page.

Or email hello@getlstng.com from the address you use to sign in to LSTNG and write “Delete my LSTNG account”. We’ll delete it and confirm by email when it’s done.

This removes your projects, uploaded photos and clips, exports, brand files, connected social account credentials and publishing records from active storage. We keep a minimal account identifier, a one-way fingerprint of your email and the deletion dates, so that old sessions can’t restore deleted work. Copies in encrypted backups are handled separately and do not yet have a fixed deletion period. Posts already published on a platform stay there until you delete them on that platform.

Delete one project

In LSTNG Studio, delete the project. It is removed right away, including its uploads and exports.

Connected social accounts (coming soon)

Posting to connected accounts is coming soon. Once it is available:

Remove one account: in LSTNG Studio, go to Connections, choose the account, click Disconnect and confirm. We revoke our access with the platform, cancel posts that haven’t been sent and delete the stored access tokens. The account’s name and ID and the records of posts we published stay until you delete your LSTNG account or email us to delete them.
Facebook or Instagram: you can also remove LSTNG in Facebook under Settings, then Apps and websites. This stops our access. To have us delete the Page and Instagram connection records and publishing records we stored, delete your LSTNG account or email us.
Google or YouTube: you can also revoke access on Google’s third-party access page. To have us delete the YouTube data we stored, delete your LSTNG account or email us.
TikTok: you can also remove LSTNG from the apps connected to your account in TikTok’s settings. To have us delete the TikTok data we stored, delete your LSTNG account or email us.
