The website and demo form

What the demo form collects

Your name and email address. Your phone number, brokerage and a message, if you choose to add them.

Where it goes

When you send the form, those details are emailed to our sales inbox, hello@getlstng.com, so we can reply and set up your demo. The email is sent through our email provider, Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel.

We use your details only to reply to you about LSTNG. We don’t sell them, share them with other companies or add you to a mailing list.

What this site doesn’t do

No analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form sends. It isn’t stored with your request.

LSTNG Studio

What you give us. Your account email, which we use to send sign-in codes. The listing photos and clips you upload. Your project details, titles, captions and scripts, and the requests you type into the Assistant. Your brand details: name, brokerage, phone, email, website, logos and headshot, if you add them. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload.

How we use it. To make your videos and show you previews, to save your projects and exports, to send you sign-in codes, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Service providers. We use these providers to run LSTNG, and share your data with them only so they can provide their service to us: Cloudflare (app hosting, database and file storage), Railway (video processing), Resend (sign-in emails), xAI (reading the requests you type into the Assistant) and Vercel (this website).

Connected social accounts (coming soon)

Posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from LSTNG is coming soon. It is not available yet, and today you download your video and post it yourself. This section explains how connected accounts will work.

You sign in on the platform’s own page, and we never see your password. Connecting an account does not publish anything. Nothing will post until you approve that exact post: the video, the caption and the account it goes to.

For a connected account we store only what we need to publish for you: the platform’s account ID and display name, the access and refresh tokens the platform issues (encrypted at rest), and the IDs, links and status of the posts we publish for you. We use this data only to show you your connected accounts, publish the posts you approve and show you their delivery status. We share it only with the platform you are posting to, and we do not use it for advertising.

Facebook and Instagram

With your permission (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish) we read the names and IDs of the Facebook Pages you manage and their linked Instagram professional accounts, store a Page access token, publish the Reels or photo posts you approve, and read those posts’ status and links. We do not read your messages, followers, comments or insights.

TikTok

With your permission (user.info.basic, video.publish) we read your TikTok account ID and display name. Each time you prepare a TikTok post, we read your current posting options (nickname, avatar, allowed privacy settings, comment, Duet and Stitch settings, and maximum video length) to show them to you. We send the video, caption and settings you chose, and read the post’s status. You always choose who can watch. There is no default.

Google and YouTube

LSTNG uses YouTube API Services. By using LSTNG’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

With your permission (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly and your basic profile) we read your Google account ID and the ID and title of your channel, upload the videos you approve with the title, description, visibility and disclosures you chose, and read the processing status of those videos.

LSTNG’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not let people read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with the law.

You can revoke LSTNG’s access at any time in LSTNG (Connections, then Disconnect) or on Google’s third-party access page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

Retention and deletion

• Deleting a project in LSTNG Studio removes it right away, including its uploaded photos and clips and its exports.
• Working copies made while rendering a video are removed from our processing service 7 days after the render finishes, or 2 days after a render that does not finish.
• Deleting your account (at app.getlstng.com/account/delete, or by emailing us from your sign-in address) removes your projects, uploads, exports, brand files, connected social account credentials and publishing records from active storage. We keep a minimal account identifier, a one-way fingerprint of your email and the deletion dates, so that old sessions can’t restore deleted work. Copies in encrypted backups are handled separately and do not yet have a fixed deletion period.
• Disconnecting a social account (once posting is available) revokes our access with the platform, cancels posts that haven’t been sent and deletes the stored access tokens. The account’s name and ID and the records of posts we published stay with your LSTNG account until you delete your account or ask us to delete them.
• Removing LSTNG on the platform (for example in Facebook settings or on Google’s third-party access page) stops our access. To have us delete the data we stored from that platform, delete your account or email us.
• Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there.

Step-by-step instructions are on Delete your data. For a copy of your data or any deletion request, email hello@getlstng.com from the address you use to sign in, and we’ll confirm by email when it’s done.

Security

Social account tokens are encrypted at rest. The website and the app use HTTPS.

Children

LSTNG is for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
