Terms

These terms cover the getlstng.com website and the LSTNG Studio app, operated by J. Hart & Associates LLC, 2540 Piedmont Court, Edmond, OK 73034, United States (“we”). LSTNG Studio is currently available by invitation. Pilot customers receive a written agreement before using the product. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

What’s on this site

This site describes LSTNG and lets you ask for a demo. The sample listings and reels shown use licensed stock photos. They are not real properties or real listings.

The demo form

Asking for a demo doesn’t commit you to anything. See Privacy for what happens to the details you send.

Using LSTNG Studio

You are responsible for your account, for having the rights to every photo, clip, voice and piece of music you upload or publish, and for any brokerage, MLS, fair-housing and advertising rules that apply to your listings.

Posting to social platforms (coming soon)

Posting to connected accounts is coming soon. When it is available, LSTNG will publish only posts you approve, and you are responsible for the content, captions, audience and disclosures you choose. When you post through LSTNG you also agree to the rules of that platform:

• YouTube: by using LSTNG’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See also the Google Privacy Policy.
• TikTok: TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
• Facebook and Instagram: Meta’s Terms of Service and Community Standards, and Instagram’s Terms of Use.

Platforms may delay, limit or remove posts. We don’t control that.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and send it only to provide LSTNG to you, including publishing the posts you approve.

Disconnecting and deleting

You can disconnect a social account or delete your LSTNG account at any time. See Privacy and Delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform’s rules.
